Program Description

By opting in to the IVEA One SMS Messaging Program, you consent to receive text messages from IVEA. Messages may include:

• Account verification and one-time passcodes for IVEA app sign-up • Account and membership notifications • Internal staff and team communications • Customer service communications

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions and preferences. You may receive up to 10 messages per month, though this number may vary. Recurring messages may be sent.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your wireless carrier’s pricing plan for details on any charges that may apply to messages sent to and from your device. IVEA is not responsible for any carrier fees or charges.

Opt-In

By providing your phone number and consenting through our app, website, or in-person registration with IVEA, you agree to receive SMS messages as described in these terms. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, employment, or membership.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time.

To stop receiving messages, text STOP to +1 (301) 638-8588. You will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from IVEA unless you opt back in.
