The Story

Urban Hotpot brings the communal joy of hot pot to the DMV — premium broths, fresh meats, seafood and vegetables, cooked exactly the way you like at your own table.

The all-you-can-eat format lets each table choose a broth and build a meal from ingredients brought to the pot. IVEA lists locations in Rockville, Columbia and Fairfax, with Virginia Beach planned.
