Uzu Revolving Sushi brings a lively conveyor-belt dining experience to Rockville Pike. Guests can watch plates pass by, choose what catches their eye and build a meal at their own pace.
The restaurant also uses a bullet train delivery system for ordered dishes. Guests can browse sushi, sashimi, appetizers and hot food on an ordering tablet or by scanning a QR code with their phone.
With the motion of the belt and the easy way to try different plates, Uzu turns a casual sushi outing into a shared, interactive meal.
